Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and manage leads through networking, research, and digital platforms.
• Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their business needs.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat and referral business.
• Explore and pursue new markets and business opportunities in IT services (Web / App Development, Digital Marketing, AI / ML).
• Assist in creating business proposals, sales pitches, and client presentations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (tech, marketing, and design) to deliver tailored solutions.
• Work on empanelments, RFPs, tenders, and partnership opportunities when relevant.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and support business growth strategies.
