Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive, located in Noida. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, providing customer support, and driving sales through effective communication. The role involves managing customer inquiries, following up on leads, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficient Communication skills for interacting with clients and presenting information
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries and assist clients
• Experience in Lead Generation to identify and create new sales opportunities
• Sales skills to achieve targets and close deals
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
