About The Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Telecalling Sales Executives to connect with prospective clients in the Real Estate / Wealth Management sector. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining project details, generating leads, and scheduling site visits or meetings for the sales team. The role requires excellent communication, convincing skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 150+ outbound calls daily to potential leads.
  • Explain real estate projects clearly and persuasively.
  • Generate interest, schedule site visits, and confirm appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM / Excel.
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets to maximize incentives.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for client engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
  • Comfortable with high call volumes.
  • Graduate (any stream); experience in telecalling / telesales preferred, real estate background a plus.
