Key Responsibilities

  • Lead outbound and inbound sales calls to convert leads into paying customers
  • Develop and execute strategic calling campaigns to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across our product suite
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales progress using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
  • Mentor junior tele sales staff and support training initiatives
  • Analyze sales metrics and provide actionable insights to improve performance
  • Resolve customer queries and objections with professionalism and empathy

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of proven tele sales experience, preferably in the dot-com or tech sector
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets
