Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally Prime and Zoho Books , along with strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally Prime and Zoho Books .

Handle day-to-day accounting entries, journal vouchers, and bank reconciliations.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and customer invoices.

Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance as per timelines.

Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Support internal and external audits with required documentation.

Monitor petty cash, expense tracking, and payroll assistance.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

2 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting.

Proficiency in Tally Prime and Zoho Books (mandatory) .

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

Preferred Skills

Experience in corporate accounting.

Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Familiarity with MS Excel and reporting tools.
