Job descriptionPrior experience in bidding or sales on Upwork / Freelancer / Fiverr (mandatory). Excellent written English skills. Understanding of IT services and software development terminology. Ability to work independently and deliver a set number of bids per day. Familiarity with proposal templates and client communication best practices. Background in lead generation or digital sales. Experience managing multiple client accounts on freelancing platforms. Engagement : Part-time / Full-time (flexible based on performance) Compensation : Fixed + Performance-based incentives (to be discussed) Long-term collaboration preferred
We are a custom software development and AI consulting company looking for a dedicated professional to manage our bidding process on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer. Your primary responsibility will be to identify high-potential projects, prepare tailored proposals, and submit bids consistently to generate qualified leads.
Responsibilities :
- Search for relevant projects in domains like software development, AI / automation, blockchain, e-commerce, cloud, DevOps, frontend / backend development, and staff augmentation.
- Write and submit personalized proposals / bids based on provided templates and company capabilities.
- Maintain a daily log of bids submitted and responses received.
- Coordinate with our team for technical input when needed.
- Optimize proposal strategy to improve conversion rate.
