Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support via chat to end-users, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of queries.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant teams as needed.
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards for customer support.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
Required Qualifications & Experience :
