Role : Technical Support Advocate
As a Technical Support Advocate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a crucial role in ensuring they have a smooth and satisfying experience with our products. Your dedication to solving their technical challenges will contribute directly to customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Accounts & Billing Support : Assist customers with subscription management, payment issues, refunds, and token redemption.Technical Assistance : Provide post-installation technical support for Microsoft products, including Windows and M365.Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve software issues and device network / connectivity problems.Product Guidance : Help customers with the download, installation, and activation (DIA) of products and recommend appropriate solutions.Customer Service : Address customer inquiries with patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.Prerequisites & Skills :
Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute .Proficiency in managing accounts, payments, and billing inquiries.Strong troubleshooting skills for software and connectivity issues.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Prior experience in technical support or customer service is essential.Familiarity with Microsoft products and services.Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified : Azure Fundamentals, M365 Fundamentals) are a plus!Walk-In Interview Details :
