Qualification : B.Pharm / MBA / Any graduate with extensive Pharma sales experience
Experience : 7 to 15 years

Job Description :
- Lead and manage multiple Area Sales Managers and their teams across the South Indian region.
- Drive regional sales performance to meet or exceed revenue and market share targets.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of ASMs and their respective Medical Representative teams.
- Provide strategic guidance, coaching, and mentoring to enhance team capability and efficiency.
- Analyze regional market trends , competitor strategies, and customer insights to fine-tune sales tactics.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and execute high-impact regional promotional activities.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive regional sales strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Schedule and conduct regular review meetings with ASMs and field staff to align on KPIs and action plans.
- Build and sustain a positive, target-oriented, and collaborative work culture throughout the region.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and reporting norms.
