Senior Manager - Business Development & Strategic Partnerships

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our business development efforts.

• This role involves developing new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures.
• The successful candidate will identify potential clients and develop targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services, ensuring successful market entry.
• This role requires strong account management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing innovative solutions for complex problems.
• 9-10 years of experience in Business Development or related field (e., Sales & Marketing)
• MBA / PGDM degree from a reputable institution (Marketing or Operations specialization preferred)
• Strong understanding of stakeholder management principles and ability to build effective relationships at all levels
