Role : Executive Assistant (Marketing & Operations)

Location : Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh

Experience : Minimum 2 years in a similar industry

Education : Engineer (B.E. / B.Tech) + MBA

We are looking for a smart, organised, and proactive individual to work closely with senior management. This role blends Marketing, Business Development, and Operations , ideal for someone who can coordinate, communicate, and drive execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily / weekly / monthly performance reports
• Coordinate between Production, Quality, NPD, Dispatch, and Marketing teams
• Manage customer communication, follow-ups, call scheduling & status reporting
• Support in outbound sales coordination , LinkedIn and email outreach
• Assist management during review meetings and ensure follow-through on action items
