Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the Operations Head calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle communication on behalf of the Operations Head, including managing emails and correspondence.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action points.
- Provide reminders for important tasks and deadlines.
- Assist in organizing company events and executive meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role.Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.High level of discretion and professionalism.Female candidates are preferred.Candidate should be from Pharma background.Skills Required
