Job Title : Executive Assistant to the CEO
Role Overview :
The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative, organizational, and management support to ensure smooth operations in the executive office. This role focuses on scheduling, communications, project coordination, and handling confidential tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and company events, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Handle all communications on behalf of the CEO, including screening emails, calls, and documentation.
- Arrange business travel (flights, accommodation, transport) and prepare itineraries.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and confidential documents for meetings.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, investors, and board members.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and contact databases.
- Assist in coordinating cross-team activities and following up on delegated tasks.
- Support broader management and office operations as required.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field.Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role providing senior-level support.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.Tech savvy, comfortable with office software, digital communication tools, and technology platforms.Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Skills Required
