Role Overview : We are looking for an accomplished Leasing & Client Relationship Manager to lead corporate leasing, client acquisition, and long-term tenant relationships for Open Greens, Noida.
The role is heavily focused on corporate leasing, client relationship management, and retention.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in handling Grade A commercial real estate transactions, managing large corporate occupiers, and building strong partnerships with Fortune 500 companies, MNCs, and IT / ITES firms.
In addition, the role provides an opportunity to contribute to branding and marketing initiatives, enhancing the positioning of Open Greens in the NCR commercial real estate market.
Key Responsibilities :
Corporate Leasing & Client Management :
- Drive leasing for office and commercial spaces within Open Greens.
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with Fortune 500 clients, MNCs, IT / ITES companies, and top corporates.
- Lead negotiations and close leasing transactions, ensuring mutually beneficial and sustainable partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with IPCs (International Property Consultants), brokers, and corporate real estate teams.
- Focus on tenant satisfaction and long-term retention through proactive relationship management and service excellence.
Market Intelligence & Business Reporting :
Track market trends, corporate leasing demand, and competitor activity.Provide insights and reports to senior leadership to guide strategic decisions.Stay informed on sustainable workspace trends and align leasing strategies accordingly.Branding & Marketing (Value Add) :
Support marketing strategies that enhance the visibility and positioning of Open Greens.Contribute to project branding, storytelling, and corporate presentations.Represent Open Greens at industry forums, client events, and networking opportunities.Partner with the marketing team on digital, promotional, and brand-building campaigns.Desired Candidate Profile :
MBA in Marketing or Sales from a reputed institution.6–12 years of proven experience in corporate leasing within Grade A commercial developments, IT Parks, or Business Parks.Strong network with corporate occupiers, IPCs, and real estate consultants.Demonstrated success in client acquisition, relationship management, and retention.Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Exposure to project marketing and branding is a strong plus.Passionate about sustainability, biophilia, and eco-conscious workspace development.Why Join Open Greens
