Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram on Gold Course Extension Road, for a Corporate Leasing Professional. The Corporate Leasing Professional will be responsible for getting in more corporates on board as tenants and managing client relationships, The role also involves daily communication with new clients, conducting leasing activities, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Prior Experience required in Office / Corporate Leasing-5yrs
• Meeting new clients and generating prospective tenant demand on daily basis via various methods
• Strong skills in understanding and communicating with corporate hierarchy
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the real estate and leasing market in Gurugram
• Own vehicle is a must
