We are seeking an experienced Cluster Head of Corporate Salary to lead our team in this key area. As a member of our leadership team, will be responsible for driving growth, improving client experience, and ensuring the success of our Corporate Salary business. Primary focus will be on developing and executing strategies to increase sales, enhance customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide expertise on Corporate Salary in region.
- Fulfill the goals, ensure focus on Corporate Account acquisition, targeted approach to specific client segments, events initiated by MD CEO office.
- Lead RMs for portfolio growth by focus on existing large relationship. manage regions Top clients to ensure superior experience.
- Induct NTB Premium Corporate relationship.
- Improve client experience across by Acquisition, On boarding, Profiling, Regular Contact, Client Complaints, Trouble Shooting, Client Handover and Attrition. Ensure RM performance across CA, SA, Liabilities Bk, Investments, Ins.
- Trade, FX, Cards etc. Provide product, process for sales and service of HNI clients, feedback to Program Team for improvement.
- Complete requirements for Investments AMFI, IRDA bus and YBL COC for RMs along with HCM and Compliance. Work with HCM to ensure recruitment of RMs ,Build Team Capability to cross sell product, Develop Fin Planning, Advisory expertise, Provide learning through Joint Calls, Ensure positivity, team motivation.
- Process and Audit Ensure all sales activity is recorded online as per the organizational process Capture and maximize the business opportunity through detailed client profiling as per organizational process
