Role Overview :
We are looking for a Sales Executive / Sales Engineer who will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls , nurturing leads, and supporting business growth for our Dermatology & Aesthetic Laser product line .
The candidate will play a key role in converting inquiries into opportunities , explaining product benefits, and coordinating with the field sales and service team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective dermatologists, clinics, and hospitals.
- Engage, qualify, and nurture leads through telephonic, WhatsApp, and email communication .
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable laser and aesthetic equipment.
- Maintain accurate lead and call records in CRM or tracking system.
- Support marketing campaigns and follow up on leads generated through digital ads, events, and exhibitions.
- Coordinate with the technical and field sales team for product demos and client visits.
- Provide regular reporting on lead status, conversions, and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Graduate (preferably in Science / Engineering / Pharmacy / Biomedical / Healthcare).1–3 years of experience in medical equipment, pharma, or aesthetic / skincare product sales preferred.Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Gujarati knowledge will be an advantage).Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills with a customer-first mindset.Comfortable working with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.Why Join Pyramid Healthcare
