Job Summary :

The MICE Executive / Assistant will support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, incentive programs, meetings, and conferences. This role involves operational assistance, client coordination, vendor communication, and on-ground support to ensure each event runs smoothly and meets All 4 Season’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the planning and organization of MICE events — including logistics, travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and event coordination.
• Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and relay information accurately to the team.
• Liaise with vendors (hotels, airlines, DMCs, transport, venues, etc.) for quotations, confirmations, and service coordination.
• Prepare cost sheets, proposals, and itineraries under guidance of the MICE Manager.
• Support in budget tracking, documentation, and payment follow-ups related to assigned projects.
• Maintain accurate files, checklists, and reports for all events and ensure timely internal communication.
• Provide on-site event assistance during departures, check-ins, and event execution as required.
• Ensure post-event feedback collection and client satisfaction reports.
• Stay updated on new destinations, suppliers, and trends relevant to MICE travel.
