Location : Hyderabad
CTC : ₹3.0 – 5.5 LPA (including travel allowance) + Performance Incentives

Mitaahaar Food Ideas Pvt Ltd is a Hyderabad-based startup committed to making millet a mainstream food choice. We craft premium, fresh millet-based products for restaurants, caterers, and cloud kitchens, combining traditional nutrition with modern taste and quality. Our mission is to redefine healthy eating through consistency, innovation, and authenticity.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are hiring Business Development Executives to drive sales and client growth.

This is a field sales role – you will visit restaurants, cafes, bars, caterers, and cloud kitchens, meet owners, chefs, and managers, and ensure our products become staples in the F&B industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Cold call and identify potential clients across Hyderabad

Sales Execution : Pitch and sell food & beverage products to restaurants, cafes, bars, caterers, and cloud kitchens

Field Meetings : Travel regularly to meet owners, chefs, and managers, present products, and close deals

Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Target Achievement : Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

REQUIREMENTS

0–3 years of experience in sales (freshers welcome with the right attitude, good business understanding)

Graduate / Postgraduate (BBA, MBA, Marketing, or Mass Communication preferred)

Fluent in Telugu (English / Hindi is a plus)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Two-wheeler with a valid license (mandatory – field role)

Energetic, self-driven, and eager to work in a fast-paced startup environment
