We’re looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to join our remote team and help us connect with clients across global platforms. If you have strong communication skills, experience handling freelance marketplaces, and a drive to convert leads into long-term relationships — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow profiles on Upwork, Freelancer, and PeoplePerHour .
- Write compelling cover letters and proposals tailored to each client’s needs.
- Communicate confidently with clients via chat, email, and video calls.
- Understand client requirements across Web, Mobile App, and Game Development domains.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and close projects successfully.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project handover.
Requirements
Proven experience in IT Sales / Business Development on freelance platforms.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills .Ability to understand project scopes and present the right solutions to clients.Experience with lead generation and conversion .Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently during evening shift (6 p.m. – 3 a.m. IST) .Nice to Have
Familiarity with technologies like React, Flutter, Unity, WordPress, Node, or Python (to help in proposal writing).Experience managing international clients across multiple time zones.What We Offer
