What We Are Looking For
We are primarily looking for someone who is used to working in hospitality as the position requires understanding of how operations work. You are good with people and have a positive attitude and good problem-solving skills.
You are also comfortable with systems and administrative tasks and with managing a little team and keep them motivated.

The role..
Assist the Front Office Manager in managing the daily activities of the Front Office department and reservations.
Conduct periodic walk-through of the property to ensure high standards are followed for the upkeep of the house.
Ensure compliance to the annual budget, staffing and adhering to Soho House guidelines.
Consistently come up with product and service improvements as well as ways to generate new business.
Develop relationship with guests, group contacts, members and other guests in order to provide personalized Soho House service.
Effective recruitment, selection, training and performance management for all positions within the department.
Resolve customer complaints, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
Respond to guests’ requests in an accurate and timely manner.
Expert in Front Office operations and reservations, authentic guest service, and knowledge of all departments internally.
Be visible throughout the hotel on a daily basis, meeting with guests and clients as necessary.
Has an upbeat, energetic, authentic and professional attitude at all times.
Assure the proper handling of VIPs. Protect their privacy and confidentiality.
To ensure the company culture is visible in all aspects of the business.
Is friendly and has the ability to focus and connect with all guests and employees and exceed their expectations.
Comply with all policies, standards and local laws.
