Experience : Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or sales development in the IT or software / services industry is preferred.
Communication : Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and engagingly.
Sales Aptitude : Strong sales orientation with the ability to overcome objections and handle rejections constructively.
Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with business management solutions or similar software is advantageous but not mandatory. A willingness to quickly learn about Valcare Systems is essential.
Self-Motivated : Highly driven, able to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple leads, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
Team Player : Strong ability to collaborate in a team environment while being accountable for individual performance.
Educational Requirements :
