Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics and feedback.
Outreach and Relationship Building :
Initiate and maintain communication with potential clients through personalized outreach efforts.
Nurture relationships with leads through various touch points to move them through the sales funnel.
Data Management :
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes to the management team.
Collaboration with Sales Team :
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
Collaborate on strategies to enhance lead conversion rates and overall sales performance.
Experience & Skills :
Proven experience of 3 to 5 years as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role in the IT service providing company.
Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
Excellent knowledge of lead generation techniques and tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
