Senior Accountant Us :

BharatRohan is an Indian agricultural technology (AgTech) company that specializes in providing drone-based solutions for farmers.
Our primary goal is to empower farmers with advanced technology to improve their yields, profitability, and sustainability.

We offer various products and services, including :

CropAssure : A decision support system that utilizes hyperspectral imaging technology to provide farmers with early pest and disease detection, nutrient deficiency analysis, and yield prediction.

SeedAssure : A platform that helps seed companies research and develop the right seeds for their specific market needs and conditions.

SourceAssure : A platform that enables buyers to purchase residue-free, traceable, and sustainably grown agri-commodities

BharatRohan is committed to promoting sustainable agriculture and we have aligned its operations with nine United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

We have recently received a significant investment of $2.3 million to further expand our drone-based agricultural solutions.

Major Job and Financial Management :

Manage day-to-day accounting activities for the company.

Prepare and maintain schedules for major expenses.

Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.

Handle statutory compliance related to TDS, TCS, GST, and other taxes.

Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

Payments and Compliance :

Ensure timely processing of bank payments and proper recording of entries.

Prepare and verify documentation for payments and request disbursements.

Comply with financial legal requirements by understanding and enforcing adherence to central, state, and local legislation.

Audit and Reporting :

Coordinate to ensure the timely completion of audits.

Prepare monthly financial statements and other special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Coordination and Team Support :

Work closely with operational and management teams to gather information for accurate record maintenance.

Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as required.

Documentation and Processes :

Establish and maintain a robust filing system for both offline and online documents.

Set up monitoring processes for all revenue and cost items.

Educational Qualifications : MBA

Experience : 2+ years of relevant work Strong knowledge of applicable statutes and financial legal requirements.

Proficiency in preparing financial statements and working schedules.

Excellent communication skills for effective coordination and timely task completion.

Familiarity with accounting software and tools.
