Role : Record to Report (R2R)

Location : South Delhi

Note : Monday through Saturday (6 Days working)

Roles & Responsibilities :

Experience

Min 4 years post qualification for Sr Exec; Min 8 years post qualification for AM; Min 12 years post qualification for Manager.

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Reporting and Analysis :

• Prepare and review accurate financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights on financial performance.

Month-End and Year-End Closures :

General Ledger Management :

Compliance and Audit :

Fixed Assets and Inventory Accounting :

Process Improvements :

Stakeholder Management :

Team Leadership :

Key Requirements :

Prior experience of working in a startup environment will be an added advantage.
