Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and ensure smooth execution across departments.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, strong in people management, and capable of driving efficiency to support Toprankers' growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency and quality standards.

Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (academic, marketing, HR, tech) for smooth execution of projects / events.

Ensure optimal utilization of resources (manpower, infrastructure, vendors, logistics).

Handle vendor management, procurement, and cost optimization.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare MIS / operational reports, and suggest improvements.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety norms, and legal requirements.

Lead and mentor the operations team, driving accountability and performance.

Troubleshoot operational issues and provide timely resolutions.

Contribute to strategic planning and execution of large-scale events, training programs, and new initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies :

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and people-management abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and data reporting.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience :

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.

2-4 years of proven experience in operations management (preferably in the EdTech / Education sector).

Experience in handling cross-functional teams and vendor management.
