The Role :
This is not a typical Operations Manager role. As Operations Manager (Founding Team), you will :
- Be the architect of our operating model
- Work directly with the co-founders
- Build delivery capabilities across Finance, Payroll & Supply Chain
- Drive automation-led transformation
- Lead client transitions and represent Eximius Next in international forums
You will own the blank canvas of operations, with the autonomy to design, experiment, and scale systems that will define our success.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic (The Architect) :
Build and implement a scalable operational framework : KPIs, governance, quality controls.Lead client solutioning and transitions - from scoping to steady state.Create a roadmap for AI enabled process automation.Represent Operations in client-facing reviews and strategic meetings.Tactical (The Builder) :
Lead, mentor, and grow a multi-domain operations team.Act as the primary escalation point for clients and delivery challenges.Standardize processes, solve complex problems hands-on, and stabilize transitions.Drive a culture of ownership, improvement, and innovation.Who You Are :
8-12 years in BPM / Shared Services, with deep F&A expertise (AP, AR, R2R) and exposure to Payroll / Supply Chain.A proven leader : you're as comfortable creating a process map as you are leading a team meeting.Strong in transitions, project governance, and client-facing delivery.Entrepreneurial, energized by a blank canvas and hands-on problem-solving.Tech-savvy : familiar with AI, RPA, ERP, BI tools, and automation practices.An exceptional communicator, confident with international CXO clients.What We Offer :
