We're looking for a Senior Payroll Executive to manage all payroll functions for regular, contract, and subcontract employees. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll administration and a strong understanding of financial reconciliation, statutory compliance, and employee benefits. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of all payroll records and for providing excellent support to our employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Processing : Manage the end-to-end payroll process for all employee types, including final settlement for retiring employees and providing necessary clearances.
- Reimbursements & Reconciliation : Verify and process payroll reimbursement claims. Reconcile all payroll data with accounting and financial reports to ensure accuracy.
- Statutory Compliance : Ensure timely payment of all statutory liabilities such as PT, PF, TDS, and MLWF .
- Employee Support : Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll, taxes, benefits, and deductions. Conduct induction programs for new joiners and handle exit formalities.
- Financial Coordination : Coordinate with the finance team to ensure all payroll-related expenses are properly accounted for. Handle FOREX advance vouchers and related documentation for foreign travel.
- Record Management : Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records and manage employee benefits programs.
- Reporting : Assist in preparing year-end payroll reports for audits and handle data points for payroll dashboards.
Qualifications
Education : A Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA). A CA Inter, Graduate, or MBA is also acceptable.Experience : More than 5 years of experience in a payroll or finance-related role.Skills Required
