Responsibilities :
- End-to-end payroll processing and management of personnel records for the company.
- Handling statutory compliance including payment and reconciliation of PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other dues.
- Attending statutory audits related to PF, ESIC, and other government bodies.
- Liaising with government offices for PF, ESIC, and labor consultants as needed.
- Calculation and deduction of TDS, processing employee expenses, incentives, and reimbursements.
- Generation and distribution of Form 16 to employees.
- Managing full and final settlement processes for retiring employees and timely release of final dues.
- Preparing and generating MIS reports and submitting them to relevant authorities within prescribed timelines.
