Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Cloud OIC Consultant to design, implement, and optimize Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions. The consultant will lead integration architecture, develop complex interfaces, and support mission-critical integrations across ERP and cloud ecosystems. This role requires strong technical depth, proven client-facing skills, and the ability to drive business outcomes through scalable integration strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
Integration Design & Development :
- Architect and build complex integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to connect Oracle Cloud ERP, on-premise systems, and third-party applications.
- Develop, test, and deploy interfaces, reports, and custom integrations aligned with business requirements.
- Implement event-driven and scheduled integrations using OIC adapters (REST, SOAP, File, FTP, ERP, HCM, Database, etc.).
Solution Delivery & Optimization :
Collaborate with functional teams to ensure Oracle Cloud ERP solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, and business needs.Lead the full lifecycle of integration projects : requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Ensure solutions adhere to Oracle best practices, security policies, and compliance requirements.Problem Solving & Support :
Diagnose and resolve complex integration issues with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Provide ongoing production support, monitoring, and performance tuning of OIC integrations.Maintain robust documentation and knowledge-sharing practices for implemented solutions.Stakeholder & Client Management :
Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing thought leadership on integration strategy and Oracle Cloud roadmap.Lead workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations for client teams.Required Skills & Experience :
Core Expertise :
10+ years of overall IT experience with strong focus on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).Hands-on expertise in building integrations, extensions, and reports for Oracle Cloud ERP / HCM.Strong knowledge of OIC adapters (ERP, HCM, REST, SOAP, FTP, File, Database, etc.).Proficiency in Web Services (SOAP, REST), XML, XSLT, JSON, WSDL, and API integrations.Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP modules (Financials, SCM, HCM) and their integration touchpoints.Technical Skills :
Strong background in PL / SQL, Oracle Fusion Middleware, SOA, ICS, ADF, and BI Publisher.Familiarity with data migration strategies, extract-transform-load (ETL), and integration patterns.Proficiency with cloud-native tools, scripting, and automation for integration monitoring and deployments.Other Requirements :
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Proven ability to handle client-facing roles and stakeholder management.Strong problem-solving ability and tenacity in resolving integration issues.Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple projects.(ref : hirist.tech)
