About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Influencer Marketing Specialist to drive brand growth through impactful influencer partnerships. This role will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies, managing end-to-end campaign activities, and delivering measurable business results. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strong communication skills, and a data-driven approach to building long-term relationships with influencers and digital communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution including planning, contracting, content delivery, and budget oversight.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and key stakeholders to maximize brand visibility and ROI.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging influencer categories to enhance campaign Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media strategy.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Preferred Skills
