Job descriptionLead end-to-end influencer recruitment, outreach, and negotiations for brand collaborations. Establish clear deliverables, timelines, budgets, and brand expectations with influencers and vendors. Cultivate long-term relationships with key influencers to drive ongoing partnerships and advocacy. Design, launch, and oversee multi-channel influencer campaigns from concept to delivery. Ensure influencer-generated content aligns with brand voice, guidelines, and campaign objectives. Act as the primary liaison for influencers, agencies, and internal stakeholders throughout campaign execution. Define and track key campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI. Generate detailed post-campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations. Continuously refine influencer strategies based on data-driven performance analysis. Foster authentic, long-term relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and partner organizations. Represent the brand with professionalism and creativity across influencer and community initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (social media, content, PR, paid media) to ensure integration and Bachelors / Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media strategy, or digital marketing. Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns with measurable business outcomes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Proficiency in influencer and analytics tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Upfluence, GRIN, Traackr). Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Experience in high-growth digital or consumer-facing industries. Background in PR, content marketing, or brand partnerships. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate campaign data into strategic recommendations. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, digital culture, and influencer-driven engagement.
