Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of influencer partnerships across multiple platforms. This role requires a balance of creativity and analytical rigor, with a proven ability to identify high-impact influencers, build strong relationships, and deliver measurable campaign outcomes. Key Strategy & Research
- Develop and refine influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall brand and business objectives.
- Build, segment, and maintain a comprehensive influencer database based on niche, reach, engagement, audience demographics, and platform relevance.
- Stay ahead of industry and cultural trends to identify emerging influencer opportunities.
Influencer Outreach & Partnerships
Lead end-to-end influencer recruitment, outreach, and negotiations for brand collaborations.Establish clear deliverables, timelines, budgets, and brand expectations with influencers and vendors.Cultivate long-term relationships with key influencers to drive ongoing partnerships and advocacy.Campaign Planning & Execution
Design, launch, and oversee multi-channel influencer campaigns from concept to delivery.Ensure influencer-generated content aligns with brand voice, guidelines, and campaign objectives.Act as the primary liaison for influencers, agencies, and internal stakeholders throughout campaign execution.Performance Analysis & Optimization
Define and track key campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.Generate detailed post-campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations.Continuously refine influencer strategies based on data-driven performance analysis.Relationship & Community Management
Foster authentic, long-term relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and partner organizations.Represent the brand with professionalism and creativity across influencer and community initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (social media, content, PR, paid media) to ensure integration and Bachelors / Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.3 to 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media strategy, or digital marketing.Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns with measurable business outcomes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Proficiency in influencer and analytics tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Upfluence, GRIN, Traackr).Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Preferred Skills
