IT Support Executive  /  IT Support Engineer

Location : Gurgaon, India

Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated IT Support professional (Fresher or Experienced) to assist in

day-to-day technical operations. The candidate will provide support for hardware, software,

networking, and office equipment to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

∙ Resolve IT support requests from employees and provide technical assistance.

∙ Answer employee questions regarding computer systems and software.

∙ Gather and analyze data to diagnose problems with computer systems.

∙ Change configurations, settings, and permissions to fix computer issues.

∙ Generate sign-ins and accounts for new hires during the onboarding process.

∙ Install new software and hardware drivers and update existing ones as needed.

∙ Update employees on the status of their service requests.

∙ Log all service requests and update tickets as required.

∙ Provide support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, projectors,

and Smart TVs.

∙ Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including Wi-Fi connectivity problems.

∙ Assist in setting up and managing meeting room equipment, including Smart TVs

and video conferencing systems.

∙ Monitor and maintain IT inventory, ensuring timely upgrades or replacements of

hardware.

∙ Ensure adherence to IT security policies and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills :

∙ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

∙ Basic knowledge of Windows / Mac OS, office productivity software, and networking

concepts.

∙ Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting, printers, projectors, Wi-Fi,

and network issues.

Working Conditions :

• On-site presence required to resolve issues.
