Life as a Customer Support Executive

Advisory is at the heart of HealthTick, and we’re serious about offering people a helpful experience.

So we never push-sell, never mis-sell. We offer our product to those who need it.

  • No Health Experience Required : New to healthcare? No problem. If you’re eager to learn, our comprehensive training program will bring you up to speed.
  • No Mis-selling : At HealthTick, you’ll never be asked to push-sell to people who don't need the product.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via chat, email and phone within minutes.
  • Proactively reach out to users, take their feedback and pass it to the relevant team
  • Ensure timely, accurate and empathetic customer support
  • Track user complaints, follow up until resolution and escalate when necessary
  • Troubleshoot app issues, payment queries or plan-related queries
  • Collaborate with different teams to resolve customer issues at the earliest
  • Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and reduce queries over time.
  • What we're looking for

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi
  • Problem-solving mindset - not just answering but resolving
  • Empathetic and a people-first approach
  • Patience
  • Ability to manage multiple chats / calls at once
  • We need someone who is self-responsible and self-managed. We don't like micromanaging
  • A degree in health health-related field is a bonus but not mandatory
  • Work Location : Noida

    Working days : 6 days a week are working days (10 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM)

    Date of joining : Immediate
