CRM and Marketing Operations Manager

The Role :

The HubSpot Developer will have experience with both the development and administration of HubSpot. The candidate must have a basic understanding of Marketing and Sales processes and familiarity with Salesforce is desired.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to understand and implement their HubSpot requirements.
• Coordinate with administrators of other internal systems to ensure a seamless flow of data.
• Configure and maintain HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub tools.
• Build and manage workflows, sequences, lists, and automation to support marketing and sales processes.
• Create and manage reports and dashboards in HubSpot for Marketing, Sales, and Leadership teams.
• Ensure data quality, hygiene, and integrity within HubSpot CRM (imports, deduplication, validation).
• Manage HubSpot user roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reported HubSpot issues.
• Train and support end-users on HubSpot features, best practices, and new updates.
• Stay current with HubSpot product updates and recommend enhancements to optimize processes
