Position Overview
We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Campaign Operations Manager to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for a digital marketing professional with 4-5 years of hands-on experience in campaign management, analytics, and cross-platform execution. You'll be responsible for orchestrating multi-channel marketing campaigns, optimizing performance across digital platforms, and delivering actionable insights that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Reporting
Create comprehensive campaign performance reports using Excel and platform-native analytics toolsDevelop dashboards and automated reporting systems to track key metrics and campaign effectivenessAnalyze customer behavior, conversion funnels, and attribution models across multiple touchpointsPresent insights and recommendations to stakeholders, translating data into actionable business strategiesConduct A / B tests and statistical analysis to optimize campaign elements and improve performancePlatform & Tool Management
Have a working knowledge of marketing technology stack including Zoho, CleverTap, Hubspot, LinkedIn campaign manager, Google ads manager and Meta ads managerConfigure automation workflows, lead scoring models, and customer journey mappingEnsure proper integration and data flow between marketing platforms and CRM systemsTroubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT teams for platform optimizationEmail Marketing

Experience & Skills
4-5 years of experience in digital marketing operations, campaign management, or similar roleHands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (primarily but not limited Zoho)Proven experience of using data and analytics from LinkedIn Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Google AdsAdvanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, and reportingStrong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insightsKnowledge of UTM parameters, pixel implementation, and cross-platform trackingFamiliarity with A / B testing methodologies and statistical significanceBasic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plusExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communication skills with ability to present complex data clearlyProblem-solving attitude with proactive approach to challengesAbility to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyTeam collaboration skills and cross-functional project management experiencePreferred Qualifications
