Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of team training programs.
• Support team leaders in performance evaluation and feedback processes.
• Facilitate team-building activities to enhance collaboration and morale.
• Conduct research on best practices for team development and apply findings to improve team dynamics.
• Track and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
