This full-time on-site role as a Team Leader is located in Kolkata. The Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of financial analysts and advisors, ensuring high-quality service and support are provided to clients. Daily tasks include monitoring and guiding the team's performance, executing trading strategies, and providing market insights. The Team Leader will also drive the development and implementation of strategies to increase client engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Team Management Skills
• Proficiency in Equity, Currency, and Commodity Trading
• Experience in Derivatives, Mutual Funds, and Portfolio Management
• Strong Analytical and Research Skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Relevant work experience in financial services or broking firms
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
