Job Title : Business Development Executive – Global Outsourcing Services
Location : Ahmedabad | Shift : US Shift (7 : 30 PM–4 : 30 AM or 8 : 30 PM–5 : 30 AM)

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, connect with, and onboard new clients for staff augmentation, RPO, IT services, and accounting process outsourcing.
- Build trusted relationships with decision-makers, hiring managers, and operations leaders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align delivery with client goals and expectations.
- Develop tailored pitches, presentations, and proposals that highlight our cross-functional capabilities.
- Stay on top of industry trends to uncover and pursue new business verticals and geographies.
- Meet or exceed growth and revenue targets through proactive outreach and consultative selling.
Who We're Looking For
Experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in outsourcing, IT services, or staffing).Strong understanding of offshore delivery models and the U.S. / international outsourcing landscape.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.A self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity to explore untapped markets and verticals.What You'll Get
