Regional Sales Manager

Position : Regional Sales Manager

Location : Ernakulam

Experience : Minimum 5–7 years of experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods sales with at least 2 years in a managerial role

Salary : Upto 7.2 LPA

Responsibilities :

• Manage and develop distributor relationships to ensure effective market coverage.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from distributors and retailers.
• Promoting products across all shops in the allocated territory.
• Plan and execute daily market visits as per the allocated beat plan.
• Monitor and guide Sales Officers to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Strong distributor and retail network management skills.
