Jr. / Sr. Executive Customer Service (Ocean Export )

Job descriptionJob responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following : Basic Job Description Handling the service enquiry from overseas and sales team Coordinating with Shipper as per overseas details for necessary documentation Confirming the rates from shipper and updating the overseas office Confirming the dispatch schedule from the shipper Updating overseas office about readiness of the cargo Checking on dock stuffing or factory stuffing of cargo Updating the shipment delivery status to customer Follow-up with customer for outstanding payments Supervising operations and Job Accounting staff In the absence of the designated employee, the jobs and responsibilities of the role will be handled by the person specified by the designated employee.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Education and / or Experience Requirements : Graduate, preferably a diploma in ocean export operations Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in a similar position
- Knowledge, Skills, Competencies and Abilities : Sound Knowledge of ocean export operations and custom clearance procedure Computer literate Basic communication skills ( local language is must ) 2 years of experience in similar industry will be a added advantage
