šÆ Job Objective :
To manage and strengthen relationships with existing international buyers, while actively generating new leads and converting opportunities in global markets for the companyās product range (caps, closures, spouts, etc.).
š ļø Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with existing overseas buyers for order follow-up, documentation, and after-sales support.
- Generate new leads through online platforms (IndiaMART, Alibaba, TradeIndia), trade shows, and direct outreach.
- Conduct email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to international prospects.
- Handle export inquiries, send quotations, and maintain regular communication with potential clients.
- Maintain an updated customer database and CRM records for all communications and leads.
- Collaborate with logistics, documentation, and production teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Assist in preparing export-related documentation including PI, invoice, packing list, etc.
- Research market trends, competitor activity, and new business territories in global regions (USA, Europe, Middle East, etc.)
- Support participation in international trade fairs and virtual B2B meetings.

Key Requirements :
Graduate / Postgraduate in International Business / Marketing or related field.2ā5 years of experience in export sales / B2B international marketing.Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English.Good knowledge of export documentation and INCOTERMS.Proficient with MS Office, Emailing tools, and CRM systems.Familiarity with international trade portals and lead generation techniques.š Preferred Skills :
Experience in packaging, plastic, or industrial products is a plus.Knowledge of customs clearance, shipping coordination, and export compliance.š What We Offer :
