Job description

Role & responsibilities :

• Managing Inbound calls
• Following various communication scripts when speaking to a customer.
• Identifying customer needs, answering questions, and providing solutions / alternatives to issues.
• Building sustainable customer relationships.
• Keeping records of all conversations organized.
• Building product knowledge; and improving performance and achieving management expectations.
• Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
