Responsibilities :
Handle inbound / outbound calls and resolve technical queries.Troubleshoot product or service-related issues.Provide step-by-step technical guidance to customers.Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.Ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution for all customer concerns.Requirements
