Job Title : Recruitment Consultant – Gulf Region

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Professional to drive and expand our recruitment business in the Gulf Region (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait). The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Business Development & Client Acquisition
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with companies in the Gulf region.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with HR heads, business leaders, and decision-makers.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and commercial agreements.
• Recruitment Delivery
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Maintain a strong candidate database for Gulf market requirements (blue-collar, white-collar, and senior-level).
• Coordinate visa, mobilization, and onboarding processes in alignment with Gulf compliance requirements.
• Market & Strategy
• Stay updated with Gulf labor laws, recruitment trends, and talent supply-demand.
• Work closely with internal sourcing teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
