Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our luxury apparel store. Key Responsibilities

• Uphold the brand's luxury image through impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring personalized service and customer loyalty.
• Analyze store performance, including sales, customer feedback, and inventory, to implement action plans and achieve KPIs.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with marketing and regional teams to execute promotional activities and new launches.
• Ensure adherence to operational processes, including stock management, compliance, and loss prevention.
