We are seeking a skilled Control-M Administrator with strong expertise in Control-M architecture and operations, solid technical skills in Linux / Unix environments, and the ability to work effectively in a 24x7 shift model.
This role focuses on the administration and maintenance of Control-M components within a 24x7 shift model. The position requires adherence to company policies and operational standards, with candidates expected to work from the office at either Bangalore or Pune.
Responsibilities :
- Administer and maintain Control-M components, including Servers, Enterprise Manager, Agents, and Plug-ins.
- Perform version upgrades, patching, and environment migrations.
- Troubleshoot advanced job failures, performance bottlenecks, and complex dependency issues.
- Monitor system infrastructure to ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability.
- Design, configure, and manage job schedules across multiple platforms.
- Optimize workflows to meet SLAs and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop automation scripts (Shell, Python) to streamline operational processes.
- Implement and manage Control-M backup and recovery strategies.
- Provide L3 support and lead root cause analysis for escalated incidents.
- Accurately handle ServiceNow catalog tasks, incidents, and change tickets.
- Integrate Control-M with enterprise applications using APIs and custom plug-ins.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver technical support and training.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation, SOPs, and best practices.
- Enforce ITIL-compliant processes and ensure adherence to service protocols.
- Support and maintain HA / DR configurations to ensure business continuity.

Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift model.Ability to work in-office as per company policy.Availability at Bangalore or Pune locations.Strong expertise in Control-M architecture and operations.Experience in Linux / Unix and Windows environments.Advanced scripting skills in Shell and Python.Experience with Control-M APIs and third-party integrations.Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills.Proven ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.Must be an early joiner.Preferred Qualifications :
