Tenant Management Administrator

Join Barclays as a Tenant Management Administrator role, we're committed to automation of manual processes and also to people development. You'll either join us with skills in scripting and automation, or you'll be given opportunities to learn and develop these while in role. To be successful in this role, you should have below skills :

• Experience of Microsoft Azure & Office 365 platform services.
• Experience of Exchange online and On Prem.
• Experience of Proofpoint.
• Understanding of AD group and access management.
• Knowledge of Security & Compliance centre, Azure Graph API & M365.
• Experience of Multi factor Authentication (MFA) in relation with CA policy.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and its application in a service operations environment.
• Scripting capability, including PowerShell.

This role is based in our Pune office.

Purpose of the role

To effectively monitor and maintain the bank's critical technology infrastructure and resolve more complex technical issues, whilst minimising disruption to operations.
