Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Redwood solutions in production environments.
• Monitor job execution and analyze performance metrics to identify and resolve scheduling issues.
• Troubleshoot failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to understand automation needs and translate them into effective Redwood workflows.
• Implement and maintain data integrity, access control, and security best practices across job scheduling environments.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configurations, operational processes, and troubleshooting guides.
• Stay current with Redwood features, product updates, and industry best practices, recommending enhancements where applicable.
