Position : Teacher Success Manager

11 : 00 am to 08 : 00 pm IST

Salary : The salary will be determined based on your current or most recent compensation. Please note that the maximum we offer for this role is INR 10 lakh per annum (includes fixed and variable component)

Overview :

We're looking for a dedicated and organized Teacher Success Manager to support our educators in achieving their best. This role is key to boosting teacher satisfaction, driving engagement, and encouraging continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educators to understand their goals, challenges, and support needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve educators' engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.
  • Provide personalized guidance, resources, and training to help educators succeed in their roles.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve educator concerns and elevate the overall teaching experience.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of educator support initiatives.
  • Organize workshops, webinars, and other professional development opportunities.
  • Collect feedback from educators and use it to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in education, teacher support, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with educational technologies and best practices in educator development.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience in a customer success or relationship management role.
  • Background in instructional design or professional development.
  • Data analysis skills to track and improve program outcomes.
